Today was our first full day as Homeowners! To celebrate we packed up some sandwiches, yogurt, & chips & had a picnic at our new home. The girls LOVE the house & Kaylee keeps asking when we can move in. Soon, my love. Soon.
Congratulations! What perfect timing to move in to a new home! You got to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s Eve there. The moving part must’ve been exhausting. Just like how my cousin told us. She got their house 5 years ago under mortgage. It had low interest, which is why she’s now off debt.
That’s a lovely house! How were the first few months of paying the mortgage? Is it going smoothly? Do you make additional payments aside from the monthly principal amount? If not, you must do that, especially if you have extra money aside from your savings. This can help you pay off your mortgage earlier, and you can incur less interest. #Domingo Phong
